COVID-19 Response

7/20/2020 Update: We are running on a 2-3 day processing time for orders to be shipped. Things are continuing to be a fluid situation with a lot of our own vendors in getting supplies. We are working hard to not make there be any disruptions but sometimes they are unavoidable. Thank you for your patience with us and we hope to continue to be your skin care go to.

To our valued customers-

 It is impossible to have a conversation right now without discussing COVID-19. Our hearts and prayers are with those suffering from this illness in so many ways, and especially to the families who have lost loved ones.

As we cope with this, and you are inquiring about our operations we have started this FAQ which will be updated as needed:

Are your operations continuing uninterrupted?  Yes, as of March 31, 2020 we are operating as usual for the most part. The only change in operating is purchasing products. As of right now we are only able to accept online orders that are placed for shipment. We have no affiliates at festivals right now due to social distancing.

 Will orders be delayed?  As of right now all shipping is on normal shipping times. However this is an ever changing dynamic and could be affected. We will update you if there are any delays in shipping. We are unable to speak on behalf of the USPS but will do our best to ensure there are no delays within our power.

* Make sure we have your correct address. You MUST make sure you put the correct address on the order, and you must make sure that if anything changes in your area and you can not accept a parcel or a shipment you’ll need to contact us to let us know what to do. We will try to change the address, but if the package has already shipped that may be difficult during this time.

What measures are you taking to reduce and mitigate the risks of COVID-19?   We started temperature testing of our employees as requested by the CDC, and stopped all nonessential visits to our facilities. We have also started additional sanitizing and disinfecting protocols in our facilities. To better protect our staff, we have equipped them with sanitizing agents and cleansers, along with good information about the methods needed to conduct the cleaning. Gloves are worn when making, handling and packaging of products to help reduce the risk as well.

LOCAL PICK UP ORDERS – At this time we are unable to provide local pick-up, meet-up orders. We have implemented this to help ensure our staff and customers are practicing social distancing and to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Please note that you are still able to place an order and have it shipped.
